I purchased a sweater for myself, but the next day I realized that it doesn't match my wardrobe. When I tried to return it, the person at the store's desk informed me that they don't accept returns. She seemed to have her own opinions about business and customer communication. I explained to her that she didn't have the right to refuse the return according to consumer protection laws. In response, she began to argue and insisted that she was doing everything correctly. Eventually, she made an exception and processed the return, providing a cash refund even though I had originally paid with a bank card.I found this to be extremely poor behavior on her part. It's disappointing to receive such subpar service. It would be beneficial if employees or owners familiarized themselves with their own store policies and trade laws before working or interacting with customers.
