This is a shop with great sales people and a great atmosphere. The staff go the extra mile to make every customer feel welcome, even in busy periods. Great selection of watches and knowledgeable staff spending a lot of time with each customer

If you're in the market for a Breitling, then this is THE place to go. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, they provide a first class experience from start to finish. Steven specifically went above and beyond to ensure we had a premium buying process. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in Copenhagen.

While visiting from Canada, I recently purchasing a watch from this store. I was initially hesitant in doing so because I was concerned that if there was a problem, the store would not care because I was no longer in the country. However, I was clearly wrong. Upon encountering an issue, which was not the fault of the store, Steven went out of his way to address my concern and was clearly committed to an excellent buying experience. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a Breitling purchase from this store. Their commitment to customer service is impressive.
