I came for a pedicure once before and it was great, thought I had found a gem, came back today and it was rushed. The daughter was sloppy and was distracted by the team unpacking a bag of raw chickens?? The water in the footbath was cold, I told her and she didn't listen to me. She also didn't listen when I asked 3 times to not trim some of the cuticles. I came at 6:10pm (the last appointment to book online that I had booked 1 week in advance) and was done by 6:30. They were open until 7 but since I was the last one they asked me to pay before she finished and asked me to put on my shoes and leave before my nails were even dry. I asked them if the nails were dry and they all said no, but I have to leave. I said I wanted to wait 10 minutes for them to dry, and they said no. No time to use the toilet before I leave, and they took my jacket from the chair to go out before I even had a chance to put it on. They said to come back the next day if my nails mess up, which I won't do. My sandals cover my little toes so of course the nails should be dry before putting them on. They all then closed the store upon kicking me out and rushed out in front of me, at 6:35. Totally unprofessional and not worth the 400kr I had to pay before it was done. I only paid in advance because I thought they were closing the register, and not the entire store. I won't return.

Mom and daughter new year girly treats- thank you for these great experiences, beautiful nails you have transformed. They are often have a good promotion with no compromise with the quality. The staffs are friendly. Gladly to give 4 stars. You can walk-in but recommend to book beforehand.
