Hertz Biludlejning | Billund Airport

We hired a car from Hertz in Billund in June. Our flight leaving Dublin was delayed which meant we wouldnt hit the runway in Billund until 11.20pm, Hertz would be closed at this point.We have a 3hr to our Hotel that night and really needed a car as we had an early meeting the next morning.I phoned Hertz in Billund and was dealt with by Nichlas, I explained our problem and Nichlas said he would wait until our arrival, he asked for our flight number so he could monitor it as well.Our arrival he was pleasant and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The transaction was quick and easy.I'd highly recommend Hertz, we previously flew with Ryanair and used their Car Hire Booking Option and there was alway a sting in the tail

I tried hertz in many different countries & their cars are ok but Billund branch is the worst experience i got for the second time. I won’t recommend it. Very poor customer service.

Coming back from a business trip, I return the car to Hertz Billund airport as forecasted at 20:00. But I forgot my phone cable inside the car and discovered this only at the hotel, 10 mn walk away. I called the agency in Billund airport and had the nice girl at reception : she kindly proposed to bring me back the cable at the Zleep hotel which was on her road. Many thanks to her! Nice to meet that very kind and helpful person after a tiring business trip...

Collection of the vehicle went ok at BLL. A bit slow process but that is not unusual at airports in my experience. Car itself was also fine. What we didn't appreciate was the return procedure and a couple of subsequent lies presented to us by Hertz staff. This is poor customer care and to be honest - quite worrying. As I result of this, I cannot recommend this agent/location and would personally not trust to use them again.

Kein Service. Büro am Wochenende nicht besetzt. Kommt zur exakt gebuchten Zeit zum abholen was man leider vorher nicht mitgeteilt bekommt. Unfreundliches Personal . Beschädigte Autos um die Schäden aufzunehmen noch eine extra Stunde Zeit vergeudet. Auto rund um beschädigt und dreckig innen.

Warning for disrespect & no manners.Unacceptable behaviour from the becoming an international billund airport but still needed to train the staff for civilised services.We needed to return the car and catch our next flight. there were nobody to attend us but we ring the bell on the table. The blond man came out from behind annoyed from the ring as we disturbed his phone call and gave us the most disrespectful sign to shut up. The weird thing is that he didn’t attend us & came back inside. The rest is history.
