I had the best help from the staff with amazing service - going beyond and doing that extra to fix my two suitcases before a trip coming up. I definitely left with a smile on my face. Thank you!

Terrible customer service! A very sour and upset lady with no intention to sell or even talk to customers works there !! Too badI had to return another day!Luckily two very nice sales assistants were there the next time , they were super friendly and helpful, so at the end a good experience

I was totally impressed with the service I received from Martin in your boutique in Copenhagen on Ny Østergade.Our situation was that we bought the largest Samsonite Eco in Barcelona this summer in July but to our misfortune it failed to open on the main lock.Martin was so incredibly helpful in suggesting we could receive a new one free of charge once we were able to show proof of warranty.Not only that, he even gave us the opportunity to retrieve our clothes from the old one.Hospitality 2.0I was beyond impressed.Thank you so much Martin.Erik and I will always buy your products in the future after that great service.Bravo young man!

Sødt personale, men butikken er meget lille og derfor var udbudet af kabinekufferter også sparsom.Jeg gik derind med håb om at få professionel rådgivning om diverse produkter - forskel og ligheder - men da de nærmest kun havde 5 forskellige bløde modeller gik jeg derfra med kun lidt mere viden end jeg havde da jeg trådte ind. Personalet havde kun viden om de produkter de solgte i butikken.

Such a weird experience today. First of all the store was closed for over an hour at 12-13, with no message anywhere. The lady who worked there was super unfriendly and didn’t seem to have much knowledge or customer service experience. We were ready to buy a rather expensive suitcase, but the atmosphere and weird vibe we got from the lady made is not buy the suitcase, kinda ruined the experience. Shame

Rarely gives bad reviews, but I was shopping there yesterday (bought a Samsonite suitcase from the shop), and the older lady working in the store showed arrogant attitude, seemed to get annoyed at my relevant product questions asked, not only she could not answer basic questions well, but also feels like she looked down upon customers who they are not from local/ Denmark. This shouldn't be acceptable?The younger male staff tho (named Martin from my memory?), is friendly, attentive and respectfulI work in business consulting. If I were the store manager, I would consider promoting Martin, and re train / put this lady into formal customer service training programs. I can guarantee, there will be fewer complaints and store reviews will raise significantly ;) - speaking from my heart

I was helped by an extremely friendly woman who helped me very much!My issue was that my suitcase was broken! Online Samsonite told me I have to go to a Samsonite store. However, the problem is that I live in Aarhus and is no Samsonite store and at the resellers they told me that they are not responsible for it. Due to the fact that I was traveling to Asia and didn‘t have the time to go to Copenhagen (3-4 hours traveling time) to get my suitcase fixed, I was forced to buy a new one. After returning when I managed to go to Copenhagen and finally could take the broken suitcase to the Samsonite store l, the Woman there helping me, was very nice. However, I would really appreciate if Samsonite allows also resellers to take broken suitcases because I mean I am young but how should someone a bit older be capable to bring their broken suitcase 4 hours away to Copenhagen even though it has been bought at a reseller in their town?
