I have visited the shop because I needed to install a new kitchen top. The person that we talked with does not know much about his product. he offers us a product that they do not have. we asked about 2cm think top and he offers us among other the compact laminated top, which comes only in 1.2 cm according to Kvik website. So, it seems that they do not know what they are selling. the other think that I did not receive any offer from them. The person that we talked with promised to send us an offer, but after three days waiting we went again to the shop and asked. it was on a Friday. They apologized and promised to send the offer or call by Monday. But after five days (next Friday) and we did not receive anything from them. In conclusion, based on my experience, Kvik in Viby has incompetent personnel that do not respect their customers. Highly unrecommended
