This shop is amazing! They have a huge variety of toys and things for creativity for kids from 0 to round 12 maybe. The shop is small, but they change assortment all the time, so one can always find something new to buy

Worst service I ever experienced. We were in there with our two young kids (a little noisy) but after all they are kids under 2 years old and it’s a kid’s toy shop… A young blond lady just looked at us with the rudest expression on her face and made us feel so unwelcome. We wanted to leave but we had a gift card so I needed to use it in this shop.After putting the kids in the car with my husband and coming back alone to spend the gift card, I asked for a play tent that was on the higher shelf. The same young lady made me repeat 10 times the word play tent as if she couldn’t understand and then said « what do you want? ». Well I want to know the price. She showed me the price on their website homepage and when I asked for it, she told me that she was busy and to ask somebody else. She is the rudest person I have ever met, I would have left immediately if I didn’t have the gift card. Worst consumer experience, such a shame for a toy shop with expensive items and nice brands, which we love, but we will never return and will make sure to ask our friends here (both Danish as my husband is from here, and expats) to never visit neither.Go somewhere else to spend your money.

We made a specific trip to the area to go to this toy store because I was trying to find my daughter her first wristwatch (I seriously underestimated how hard it would be to find one) but Banditten came up on my search with a nice range. I was initially worried when I walked in because of how small the shop was but oh my how much they have managed to pack into a small space is incredible.We spent around 90 minutes in the store finding treasure upon treasure in terms of toys, games, arts/craft supplies and stationery. All exceptionally curated and quite unique. Though quite a tiny shop it is like no other toy/children's store I have ever visited.There was a single member of staff who was friendly, knowledgeable and not remotely pushy. We were left to wander comfortably for as long as we wanted and would have bought far more than we did if it were not for luggage restrictions.We did find a watch and they have watches that are specifically geared at first time watch wearers with model clock faces to practice reading time.I highly recommend a visit and it is good enough to make a special trip to. We will visit again the next time we are in Copenhagen.Visited 28/07/2022
