Horrendous service from their online webstore. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and they have still not sent out the merchandise nor offered recompense in our email communication. A real shame!

I’ll second the horrible service comment. All three of the binders I ordered were damaged in the mail thanks to the terrible packing job and low quality of the materials. Now they are going to send me more garbage binders instead of giving me my money back because it’s their policy. Disappointing
