Havde egenkontrollen været lidt skarpere, så havde det været 5 sikre stjerner. ;-)Bilen manglede hattehylden, hvilket jeg heldigvis selv bemærkede, inden jeg luntede af med et ellers udmærket køretøj.Ikke så heldigt, når nu bilen skal bruges til ferie bagage (tyven ved jo ikke, at bagagen er værdiløs).Dyrere end konkurrenterne, men du får hvad du betaler for, i dette tilfælde.Velholdte biler, kanon service, mulighed for premium forsikring og en atraktiv beliggenhed centralt i byen, lige ved togforbindelse.Det bliver ikke sidste gang jeg lejer bil her.

4.000 kr. ekstra fee for extra mileage I never had even according to my fuel checks. As mentioned by other customers here - they just take your keys on return and then cash out your card. No documentation whatsoever. They just tell you with a smile later that they triple checked it and there was 2K extra kms. to what i normally drive. I am now going to court with this.

Glad we rented from here. This location has a big, modern office, and the car is driven to the front for you. Very easy experience, the car was new (and much nicer than what they show on their website) and we didn't have any surprises with the bill.

Alt var fint i forhold til bilen, men hvis man lejer bil på gl. kongevej i København og skal aflevere efter de har lukket, bliver man bedt om at finde en parkerings plads.... PÅ GADEN! Hvor nemt tror i selv det er en lørdag aften? Det er simpelthen til grin.

They have made an extra charge in our bank account which is wrong.We returned the car one month ago, in perfect conditions, and they said to us the car was perfect.We feel totally unprotected.

It's hard to believe that a large chain car rental agency can have such a high rating but its true. Hired a car pretty last minute for a day and the whole process from start to finish was quick and pain free. The outlet was located a few mins walk from Vesterport station which was convenient. Car provided was in excellent condition and the free coffee just a pleasant touch to the very short wait for the car to be brought to the driveway. After hours dropoff can get quite challenging as there are limited parking spots along Gl. Kongevej but hopefully there are available slots in Vester Sogade to leave it overnight.

Normally rental car companies have a bad reputation so I wanted to let you know that this branch of Europecar is absolutely great. We ordered a car 2 days before hand and got a virtually brand new car. They staff are very nice and helpful and everything is explained in detail and no hard sell. The showroom is immaculate and has free coffee. After we dropped the car back we weren’t charged for the rental car for 5 days later and no extras. Absolutely great service and highly recommend them.
