I received a massage against neck and shoulder pain and it helped me a lot. Only the first day after I still had tense muscles, whereas from day two onwards it wells really pleasant and relaxed.For me, a pain relief massage completes phases of more intense gym-workout/sport. Especially when back, shoulder and arms are affected. To get a long lasting effect of the relaxed muscles, I would come again/ regularly to Zen Massage.

I came here for the monthly massage offer. I was welcomed by Gyb with a hot tee and cold water before she explained the massage and showed me the oil she planned to use.I got a very relaxing full body massage with focus on hot stones around the back and the neck. What I personally really liked is the flexibility to adjust the massage to individual needs. I had painful tensions around my neck and shoulders which were recognized and treated with elements of Thai massage just with the right pressure. So I actually got an individual massage that was relaxing wellness and proper manual treatment at the same time. Therefore I can highly recommend this place and encourage everybody to communicate the individual needs during the massage.
