Ordered eight chairs fron them, the delivery was delayed. The chairs looked quite different so we wanted to return them.It took them weeks to provide me with the necessary details for returning the chairs.The chairs have arrived three weeks ago, still no refund, no answers to mails, I will use buyers protection today.

I purchased 5 bar chairs online. They contacted me saying that they couldn’t sell me 5 and I’d have to buy another one. I told them I’d prefer a refund. They then agreed to send 5. I received them and unfortunately they wouldn’t fit under my island. I asked for an exchange for cheaper ones. I was told I was out of time to return them (you only get 14 days and it had taken me 24 days due to circumstances out of my control). I explained why there had been a delay and reiterated that I wanted an exchange and would forgo the price difference. I was again told no. I replied saying I was disappointed and I’d planned to purchase other items from them, but would not be doing so now. They responded saying that actually they could do an exchange if I told them and agreed to buy other items. Basically once they have your money, they have no interest in helping you. Stay away!In response to reply;It was 4 weeks from delivery, not 6.5 weeks. Please get your facts straight. I’d explained why I couldn’t have opened the chairs within the 2 week period. It was through no fault of my own. You would have not lost money as I wanted to exchange for cheaper goods and I’d offered to forgo the price difference. Clearly, you could have helped me out, but openly admitted that you would only ‘go the extra mile’ if I was going to buy other items from you.

Great service and better price vs other websites.Ms Kristensen was super prompt to reply on each of my questions (and there were many) and organized the delivery to Luxembourg on due date.The table (a Rowico Brooklyn) is great too !!I recommend the shop and have no negative comment at all!
