Great location, very easy to find, the staff is very well prepared and kind people, the service is just excellent, I hope all the rental car agencies have staff like them. Very recommended

Horrible experience. And don't get me wrong - the prices and the car selection is good! They are very polite and flexible at the start. BUTWe returned the car using the self-drop-off on weekend's evening, and it was a huge mistake. In the morning, they sent us a report about scratches - and later an invoice for like 500 EUR for those damages. One of the damages was so tiny that they had to take a picture of it, using flashlight cause it simply wasn't visible...Luckily, we had all the pictures we made before driving the car out of the parking. And those scratches were obviously there before we took the car. So we fought for long and got our invoice cancelled in the end.They are trying to rip you off if you don't take additional insurance and other services.Do not rent a car here!! Or take a billion of pictures before picking it up. Or choose the maximum insurance package.Will never use Sixt again.

Spacious and modern agency, pleasant and clear advisor. The car was a premium model, beautifully finished, comfortable and in very good condition. No surprises on the prepaid price, no extra charge. Very good experience !

Warning! This company cannot be trusted. Do not take the risk!This is by far the worst car hire experience I have ever had after decades of hiring cars.The problem is there are no staff to check over the car when you return it. You leave the car and put the keys in the return box after an incident-free day. You are then shocked to receive an email claiming scratches and scuff marks that had absolutely nothing to do with you.I see there are many other reviewers who have had this exact experience with this untrustworthy company.Do not be tempted by their slightly lower prices. Once they have your credit card they can take out as much money as they like and you have no way to dispute their false claims. A total scam.This is the last thing I expected in Denmark. I’ve learned the hard way that even Denmark has fraudulent companies.You have been warned! Don’t risk losing your money!

Was a great experience, renting a car with Sixt. Mathias the Customer Service Representative was very warm and took time to recommend places which we could visit for a day trip. His expertise with the car was of great help and was very quick in responding to all my queries. I would highly recommend Sixt for anybody looking for rental cars in Copenhagen. Great place to hire the car.. Waiting period is a little long though, otherwise great service..

The personnel are extremely gentle and prepared. I would have preferred to have someone dedicated to the explanation of the basics of the car. I used an automatic one more than 20 years ago in the USA and I would have needed a quick recap ;)The car was located in parking at less than 5' walking. The car was clean and OK.

Du tror du booker én bil til én pris. Når du så kommer frem, henviser de til, at man jo blot booker noget lignende. Men ikke nok med at det gik fra Jeep til Seat, så steg prisen 2000,-. Det er go gammeldags røvrenderi.

I made a reservation and chose the pick up time to be on Saturday at 14:00. I arrived at 14:20. The office was closed, and I had received an email stating “As requested, we have canceled your reservation ”. I surely did not request it, I needed a car and urgently. The call to the shop owner was condescending and I should have somehow understood that they close at 14:00. The confirmation emails were all normal and nothing mentioned about them closing the whole office at 14:00, and I have no idea how I should have gotten that information. So, two complaints: 1) why on earth would you allow to choose 14:00 as the pick up time if that is the moment you close the shop 2) if someone has a reservation why would you not even call them before leaving the office, instead of claiming that the reservation was requested to be cancelled.

Very happy with the rental. Everything was smooth and explained well. Only gripe would be that they gave us a different car (it was an upgrade) and the car already had some scratches on it so it made us a little nervous given all the horror stories you hear.They returned the deposit within 24 hours of the car return so that was great!
