Dorms might look ok in the pictures, but it's a very bad choice . The price is very expensive and the management does not care at all about students, trying to cheat them at every possible turn (taking advantage of international students not knowing the Danish law and that they are desperate for a place to stay). There is a reason there is not a single Danish student there.

However nice the rooms might be, BDTU is a terrible structure purely aiming to make as much money from struggling students as they can. Illegal rent raises, shady non-refund of deposits, and recently has threatened to sue students for trying to negotiate with them. Avoid if possible. If you're struggling to find accommodation from abroad, go to an AirBnB or hostel.

the truth is that the rooms are inside campus fairly new and convinient, on the other hand their management is quite bad. They definately take advantage of the international students, poor maintance and VERY expensive.

Lived there for one spring semester. They get you charged even for a small particle when you leave the room. Poor maintenance and poor quality rooms. They treat students harsh because almost all of them international.

Modern apartments and a nice international student environment. However, often no internet, the landlord enters rooms without notice and it is way too expensive.

Nice apartments for students to love in. Privacy is guaranteed and all the amenities are provided.

-Internet issues: no latency, but the internet is extremely unstable and drops every 2 hours or so. Cannot hold interviews/attend classes/have online video calls.-Bad maintenance: lately there are rats and the grass is close to 2m tall-Overcharging from deposits-There was one instance in June 2022 when several people were kept out of the rooms due to the fact that they needed to change the floors". They basically paid for one week without being allowed to stay there."

While the dorms are fairly new and look nice they are very expensive, poorly built with very unstable internet (if you use too much bandwidth, the wifi just drops), almost no maintenance or repairs (I had an issue where my door wouldn’t close properly and the cold came into my room, I reported the issue, I had to wait for around 2 months and they still did not repair my door). Overall poor management from the landlord side. I would advise against staying in BDTU dorms.

Dirty dorm ran by BDTU, a company known for not returning students' deposits, threatening students with penalties. Make yourselves a favour: make an effort to find better housing
