Update:Thiele customer service contacted me to resolve the refund issue. Took awhile but got my money back. Unfortunately I still would not go to this location.Been with this company for more than 5 years. After Covid19 lock down new owners took over this location. Went to get new contact lens but they order wrong prescription. Went back to fix the problem with my prescription. But still had issues with my contact lens after 3 visit.Another issue I have with this store. Is I have a 2,000 kr credit. At this store which refuse to refund the amount to my bank account. The credit happened because the store charge me for contact. But they never sent them out for delivery. Call the HQ office and they can't understand why they can't give the money back. I cancel my agreement because of this. They are a franchise store. Their attitude was poor as well. They didn't even try to find a solution. It was like ok that's your problem not our. Very bad customer service.So as of now I have to sue Thiele to get money back. Which I will be doing now. For this location to loss a long time customer over 2,000 kr is sad. I will never recommend this location. Unless it's under new owners.
