Very practical sofas, for very reasonable price! We had Splitback model for a loong time, and after more than 3 years its still in very good shape. We recently bought Colpus, and it is one of the best sofa bed design we have seen!

Cheap Chinese furniture dressed as Danish furniture. The legs on our couch snapped off after 2 years. Avoid at all costs.

Hallo, mein Klappsofa wirft Falten. Antwort vom Hersteller „Das ist Normal bei dieser Bauweise“.Ich kauf mir doch auch kein Auto mit dem ich nicht fahren kann.

Too many problems with this brand. They tried to deliver my sofa 3 times. First time they forgot the backrest and the legs, the second time the legs were damaged and the third the backrest and fabrics .. no apologies from them. and don't want to give my money back! And they delete my comments at instagram .. not to be recommended

Bei der von mir in gutem Glauben gekauften Couch (Modell WING), lößt sich der Bezug aus Kunstleder auf. Trotz mehrmaliger Email Korrespondenz bietet INNOVATION LIVING keine Lösung an, beziehungsweise Ersatzbezug für die Couch. Alles andere als gute Qualität. Auf Nachhaltigkeit wird ebenfalls kein Wert gelegt.

Hello, I invite you to see attached our Innovation sofa purchased 8 years ago. FYI, we have no pets or children in the house! According to the customer service response to our complaint, there is nothing they can do about it, which means an 8-year life expectancy is what you can expect for these products. The next step is an obvious one : we’ll go back to Ikea which offers great value & quality for a similar price.

Aucune solution proposée par Innovation Living, car le modèle a plus de 5 ans.Rough awakening, after the structure has collapsed in the middle of the night! No solution proposed because This is model Spider who we have not had in collection for the past 4-5 years – I have no more legs for this model as spare parts so I cannot help you""
