They probably do nice and sustainable furniture BUT they will make you live a nightmare when it comes to fulfill orders and entertain basic customer relationship.4+ months and still waiting for a simple bed and a desk.. (they announced between 2 and 3 months at order).. and guess what? They forgot to manufacture the desk, so we’ll be going for an additional 4 months at least.But if you think that this is the worst, you’re wrong, as they have the most arrogant customer service: never dares to call for follow-up, to apologize nor ever dare to respond to emails they have received and read… reseller blames the factory, and HQ puts the blame on reseller. My point is that it is a company culture.Terrible experience, and not even yet over.I strongly discourage anyone from trusting any FLEXA shop around the world.. Internet Forums are full of similar experiences.. My bad I haven’t read them before placing my order.
