Horrible place to live, you are paying to much for a junkyard, the landlord it's threatening you that you have to move out in one month if you don't make what he says!So if you pass by, just take kare not to be caught under the falling walls!!!

Es una especie de residencia de estudiantes, las habitaciones son de diferentes tipos y todas se pueden compartir. Las zonas comunes están bastante bien, teniendo en cuenta que las instalaciones están bastante desgastadas. La limpieza es pasable, pero el ambiente es muy bueno, eso sí, completamente internacional!

Cool crowd living here. Has anything a student might need. Also a wide variety of rooms, fir for every taste and budget. However, some of the public facilities seem a bit old and overused.

SO dirty place. The landlords are not cleaning the common bathrooms and toilets. Water dripping from the ceiling everywhere. The place is full of mice. I my self caught 2 during my stay there, and the landlord is not doing anything about it, except collecting the rent money. The female landlord is so bad with the tenants. Please, do not approach this place if you would like to have a decent life.

Compared to the danish living standards, this place is a s*ithole. Dirty, old-dated, not renovated for who knows how long, the staff is non-existent, toilets and showers barely functioning, MICE living in the kitchens, the 'common' room with probably a 20 year old dirty pool table, broken ping-pong table, dirty and destroyed couches and furniture and many many more issues. All of that for the same price you can get a nicer apartment or a room closer to the city centre.

Place is falling apart. Water dripping from the ceiling everywhere. Kitchen and bathroom are disgusting to even enter. Not to say use them. Administration is almost non existent and hard to communicate to. If you paid the deposit I recommend not paying the rent for 2 last months and then to move out, because that's the only way to get it back.
