Its been one year i am using ShareNow with 50% monthly pass. I and my family really enjoy this service. There are sometimes cleaning issues and many times I found broken cars but overall experience is marvellous.Just because of ShareNow i am able to explore various tourist attractions in Denmark.I have travelled to Zen Garden, Legoland & Lalandia Billund, Møns & Stevens Klints, and many more far locations.For Travel, Shopping, important/quick visits to clinics and Government offices, this is very convenient.It is economically reasonable than personal car and Taxis.

Wow. Just wow. I’m in the middle of a rental, stop to pick something up. Get back to the car. The car no longer knows I’m renting it. So it wont start. I check the app, they say this is an ongoing issue. The app literally thinks that the car is still at the place where I picked it up, so it won’t let me do anything because it thinks i’m far from the car.Fantastic programming guys….I call. 16 callers ahead of me. Been on hold now 25 min. Love this.Also, they only tell you where you are in line at the beginning. Since then, nothing. 25 minutes of uncertainty…. Not even sure I’m in line.If you KNOW you have an issue - either suspend your service or HIRE MORE PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY TO SERVICE PEOPLE STUCK ALL OVER THE CITY. What a joke.Making sure to tell all my friends to avoid this company like fire

The app started having technical problems with that our car stopped outside the zone and we couldnt get back because the car became invisible in the app. Customer service was not picking up phone, kept at least 15 people waiting. Terrible experience !!! There are better apps out there

Super god kundeservice!!! Lige fra om der mangler sprinklervæske eller om bilen ikke vil oplade og det er helt galt. Vil særligt fremhæve Anders der hjalp mig i en ekstra ordinær presset situation hvor alt modsat normalt, mere eller mindre gik galt. Men også de medarbejdere der har hjulpet med langt mindre ting. Kan klart anbefale firmaet.

I don't usually leave reviews but this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The guy on the helpline was so rude and argumentative. Challenged every point I raised and would sarcastically say hmmm" every time I tried to speak. I have used Share Now for 3 years and to be spoken to like this made me so angry and upset. In the end they begrudgingly gave me a 50DKK credit after a really negative rental experience

Håbløs kundeservice og serviceafdeling (hvad laver de egentlig?) - Vi har nu ventet i 2+ måneder på at få afklaret en sag. I denne periode har vi skrevet +4 mails til jeres serviceafdeling og foretaget 5+ opkald til jeres kundeservice. i løbet af disse samtaler er vi ikke blevet klogere på hvornår vi kan forvente, at i har løst dette. Denne sag burde være en formalitet og løst på mindre end en uge. Pinligt. Det burde være et minimumskrav at få oplyst jeres SLA tid på sager.

Terrible app and customer service is also a joke.Sharenow app is PROGRAMMED to allow customers TO END THEIR TRIP in a private parking area (the whole area is private and marked as HOME area in the app) where this company does not have a permission for long parking so that is why I am forced to pay ~120 EUR parking fine and 150KR administration fee.Basically each time I go to town and see a private parking lot, where your app allows me to end my trip I should go to your website and RESEARCH if I actually can end my trip there.In a mean time their website states “we’ve made sure that you can park in a number of private parking spaces. Private parking areas are marked with a black sign with white text”.

Man skulle jo tro at kunderne som lejer deres biler ikke bruger hjernen eller har en. Hvor svært er det at fjerne bilen fra laderen hvis man er færdig med at lade eller ikke har råd.
